Tara Clark is a physiotherapist with Dynamic Health & Performance — a leading Oakville-based health clinic that offers a wide range of comprehensive services to treat acute, chronic and athletic injuries.
As a physiotherapist, I am committed to not only providing our patients with pain relief and rehabilitation of their injury, but also giving them the tools and education they need for long term improvement of their condition.

As a physiotherapist, Tara believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle through fitness and activity, and wants to help and guide her patients towards achieving their functional goals.
Tara is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, where she completed a four-year Honors Degree majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Rehabilitation Sciences. She also completed her Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University.
Committed to continuing her education, Tara has completed courses in soft tissue techniques, Functional Movement Screen (FMS), McKenzie Method, Functional Dry Needling, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), concussion management, and earned her certification in Acupuncture from the McMaster Medical Acupuncture Program.
Tara is a competitive athlete who has participated in everything from short distance triathlons to full marathons, including the New York City Marathon. Previously, she was a competitive dancer and a choreographer at both the regional and national levels.
Tara is the Team Therapist for Oakville Thunder Volleyball, Oakville Lady Hawks Lacrosse, Oakville Hornets Peewee AA Hockey, and the Mississauga Swimming Club.
