- Where is Dynamic Health & Performance located?
Our address is 1155 North Service Road West, Unit 17. We're located between Third Line and Fourth Line in Oakville. Map & Directions →
- What are your hours?
We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00am - 7:00pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
- How long is an appointment?
The initial assessment will take approximately one hour and follow up treatments will range from 30 – 45 minutes, depending on the scope of required services.
- What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothing that is appropriate and related to your treatment. Be aware that you will be asked to perform exercises, so dress accordingly. For example, a pair of shorts if your knee or leg requires treatment. Private change rooms, complete with a shower, are available if you need to change before or after your appointment.
- Do I have to be referred by a doctor?
While our team of healthcare professionals can assess and treat patients without a referral from a doctor, some health insurance companies require a doctor's referral. Please check with your insurance company.
- Can your healthcare professionals treat sprained ankles and wrists?
Absolutely! Our chiropractors and physiotherapists are trained to treat soft tissue injuries. Please call us to discuss your healthcare needs.
- What is the difference between Acupuncture coverage and Acupuncturist?
Some insurance companies will have coverage for an Acupuncturist (ie.,TCM - Traditional Chinese Medicine). While we do not provide TCM, all of our therapists are registered in acupuncture. Please check with your insurance company.
