Navi (Harmandeep) completed both Bachelors in Kinesiology and Masters in Physiotherapy at McMaster University. He has an extensive work history from sales, insurance, and acting as a Case Manager within disability, motor-vehicle, workplace safety insurance board (WSIB) and extended health benefits. 

Navi’s treatment philosophy is simply to allow yourself to have fun along the way, specifically providing a balance of the most up-to-date evidence based treatments while respecting client centredness. He’s completed his Neurofunctional Acupuncture course from McMaster, making him a Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Provider. In addition, he’s on track to complete his Titleist Performance Institute Level 2 course for his love and ambition to be a scratch golfer.

Navi loves sports, he’s played football, soccer, badminton, however his main sports are basketball, volleyball and golf. 

Finally, Navi finds it rewarding to be able to connect with patients to find what’s important and sprinkle in valuable information that can help their health in the long term. Navi will challenge you at times and welcomes equally challenging him with your questions.
