About Wall Angels
Wall Angels help improve shoulder mobility.
Wall Angels are an effective way to stretch out the chest and work on shoulder joint and shoulder blade stability.
- With your back flat against a wall, raise your arms up above your head while keeping your shoulder blades pulled down and back.
- As you lower your arms back down towards your side, squeeze your elbows down towards your hips to keep the shoulder blades pulled together.
- Remember to keep your back flat against the wall so your lower back doesn't arch as your arms come above your head.
