Kettlebell Swings are an effective full body exercise designed to build strength, improve posture and may assist with injury rehabilitation.


Kettlebell Swings work on your posterior chain strength, challenge your core strength, and improve shoulder stability.

Written Instructions

  1. For the two handed Kettlebell Swing, focus on driving your hips backwards to gain momentum.
  2. When returning to the stand-up position, focus on squeezing your glutes and driving your head up tall towards the ceiling. 
  3. Remember to keep your core engaged so your back stays flat.
