Today's Fitness Friday features the Kettlebell Rotation.
About Kettlebell Swings
Kettlebell Swings are an effective full body exercise designed to build strength, improve posture and may assist with injury rehabilitation.
The Kettlebell Rotation targets and improves T spine rotation and shoulder stability.
- In a hinged position with your hips behind you and the weight in your heels, use the momentum from your arms to rotate the KB up towards the ceiling.
- Catching the weight at the top, keep your core engaged and your shoulder set down towards your bum so that your shoulders end in a stacked position.
- As you rotate, try not to let your knees collapse in towards each other and remember to keep your core engaged.
