About Compass Touches
Compass Touches are an effective exercise designed to build strength and may assist with injury rehabilitation.
Compass touches are a great way to strengthen your lower body, glutes and improve your balance.
- Standing on one leg with your hips back and your knee overtop of your foot, use the other leg to hit 5 points on the "compass" picture targeting 12 o'clock, 2 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 4 o'clock, and 6 o'clock.
- Remember to keep your hips back and your core squeezed to keep your back nice and flat.
- Complete this exercise on both legs.
- To increase intensity, put a band around your knees to target the glutes even more!
