About the Segmental Cat Camel
The Segmental Cat Camel is an effective exercise to get your back moving!
This exercise is very effective at mobilizing the spine and restoring your ability to properly flex and extend across the entire spine.
- Begin in a quadruped position.
- Look up and as if someone is walking down your spine.
- Slowly allow each part of your back to go into extension (get closer to the floor)
- Once you reach your tailbone complete the reverse by moving your spine away from the floor into flexion.
