About the Pec Stretch
The Pec Stretch is an effective exercise to open up the anterior chest musculature.
The Pec Stretch reduces tension in the front to help your shoulders sit in the proper position - an excellent stretch for desk workers!
- Rest your arm in a door frame with your shoulder and elbow bent to ninety degrees
- Lightly rock forward until you feel a gentle stretch across the front of your chest
- Hold this position for 20-30 secs and repeat on the other side
