Calf Stretches are a simple stretch that can help reduce injuries and decrease the likelihood of calf muscle tightness that may be implicated in ankle sprains and other conditions that affect feet and ankles.
Calf Stretches can help reduce tension through the calves and improve ankle mobility and flexibility.
- Prop board against the wall on an angle.
- Step onto the board with your entire foot, keeping your knee straight.
- Bring your hips forward towards the wall until you feel a gentle stretch in your calf. Hold position for 20-30 seconds.
