Donkey Kicks are a simple yet effective exercise that really target the part of your butt that other compound exercises may miss.
Donkey Kicks target the glutes and help to tone, tighten and strengthen the core and buttocks.
- Begin in a quadruped position.
- Engage your core and extend your leg upwards with your knee bent to ninety degrees.
- Kick the leg upwards focusing on reaching your foot towards the ceiling rather than going up towards the back wall.
