About the Reverse Fly

The Reverse Fly is a resistance exercise that targets the rear shoulders (deltoids) and major upper back muscles.


This exercise is very effective improving posterior shoulder strength.

Written Instructions

  1. Begin in a hinged position holding two dumbbells.
  2. Squeeze between your shoulders to lift the weights, with elbows slightly bent.
  3. Return to start position and repeat.
