Today's Fitness Friday features Front Raises.
About Front Raises
Front Raises are an effective isolation exercise that strengthens primarily the shoulder and also works the upper chest muscles.
This exercise increases anterior shoulder strength.
- Start by holding two dumbbells in front of your thighs, shoulder width.
- Raise the weights in front of you towards the ceiling, with palms facing downward and elbows slightly bent.
- Slowly lower the weights to return to the starting position.
