About the Bear Crawl
The Bear Crawl is a bodyweight mobility exercise that uses strength in the shoulders, quads and abdominal muscles.
The Bear Crawl is an excellent all-in-one exercise that works all the major muscle groups in unison, providing a strong core challenge.
- Begin in a quadruped position with your hands underneath your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
- Lift your knees off of the ground and slowly move forward by walking the opposite leg and arm.
- Keep your core engaged to reduce any lateral shifting, rotating, arching or rounding in the back.
