About the Shoulder Pulley
The Shoulder Pulley increases range of motion in the shoulders for arthritis, tendonitis and rotator cuff injuries to name a few.
This exercise is designed for recovery after surgery or injuries and is an effective exercise for improving strength, mobility and range of motion.
- Place a strap around a sturdy object above your head.
- Hold the strap in one hand, and with the other arm gentle pull down to move the opposite arm upwards.
- Note this activity should be pain free.
