About the Shoulder Pulley

The Shoulder Pulley increases range of motion in the shoulders for arthritis, tendonitis and rotator cuff injuries to name a few.


This exercise is designed for recovery after surgery or injuries and is an effective exercise for improving strength, mobility and range of motion.

Written Instructions

  1. Place a strap around a sturdy object above your head.
  2. Hold the strap in one hand, and with the other arm gentle pull down to move the opposite arm upwards.
  3. Repeat.
  4. Note this activity should be pain free.
