At Dynamic Health & Performance, our core value is protecting the health & safety of our patients and team members. In anticipation of your arrival, our team is working diligently to adhere to the Ministry of Health guidelines and procedures to responsibly reopen our clinic.
Below are the following hygiene measures our team, and patients, MUST follow to uphold this commitment:
Preparation Before Your Appointment
- Active Screening, over the phone, with all patients.
- Read and adhere to screening instructions upon arrival.
- BYOM (bring your own mask).
- Front Entrance will include a sanitation station, rearranged waiting room with safe two metre distancing and glass reception screens.
- Patients will be required to wear a mask at all times. Please BYOM. If you don't have one, masks will be available for purchase.
- Health practitioners and front of house staff will wear appropriate PPE during patient appointments.
- Rearranged clinic will include one-on-one treatment areas for each healthcare practitioner to treat their patient.
- Cleaning and disinfectant protocols will be adhered to at all times (i.e. cleaning and disinfecting treatment tools and surfaces between each patient visit).
