About the Seated Figure 4
The Seated Figure 4 is a great stretch for your hips!
Great exercise to open up your hips.
1. In a seated position, bring your knee towards your chest and rotate your thigh out to bring your ankle over the opposite knee to create a “figure 4”
2. Keeping your back straight, hinge forward from your hips until you feel a stretch
3. Hold for 20-30 seconds and reverse
