About the Push Up Plus
The Push Up Plus is a great exercise to assist with your shoulder control
Improves scapular/shoulder control which overall will improve your posture
1. Begin in a quadruped position with hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips
2. Drop your chest down towards the ground, allowing your shoulder blades to almost touch in the back
3. Then push the ground away to drive your upper back towards the sky
