About the Single Leg Step Off
The Single Leg Step Off focuses on stability and control of the lower limb
This unilateral exercise focuses on lower limb stability and control which helps with balance and strength
1. Begin standing on one foot on an elevated surface, such as a plyo box
2. Step off and land with the opposite foot. Ensure when you land you slowly absorb the forces by rolling through the foot, bending the knee and hinging back through the hips with your chest up.
3. Reverse & repeat
