Towel pulls help increase your foot stability
Improves the strength of the intrinsic musculature in the foot to assist with foot stability
1. Begin with a small towel flat on the floor with your foot on top (recommend leaving your heal off)
2. Bring your toes into flexion, pulling the towel back and arching your foot
3. Release, and repeat
