How To Build a Winter Golf Strengthening Program

Off-Season Golf Training with our Titleist Performance Institute Certified Chiropractor Dr. Jeff Belgue!

With the winter season approaching, it is the off-season for our golfers. Now is the time to address physical issues and/or limitations with your body and golf swing. It’s time to train! 

There is no doubt that a strong lower body and core is vital for golfers regarding their swing mechanics, speed, power development and also from an injury prevention standpoint. Over the course of the next few weeks, our Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Chiropractor, Dr. Jeff Belgue, will take you through strength training progressions to add to your off-season training plan. Keep in mind that exercise form is more important than load and to seek out advice from a trained professional if required.
